Where is my order?

Once you have completed the checkout process, an invoice/receipt with detailed information on the items and quantity will be shown to your screen and sent to your email address. My order arrived damaged, incomplete, is faulty e.t.c., please help!

Defective items (e.g., items delivered with ripped or missing parts, incomplete, or other damages) may be returned for a replacement or full credit. To report a defective item, please notify us by using the contact information provided in the website.

I’m locked out of my account, forgot my password, can’t place my order, please help!

If you cannot access your account in Westgate due to incorrect password, click “forgotten password”. A page asking for the email used in opening the account will be displayed. Input the correct email then submit. A link will be sent to you in order to reset your password.
